Grants Immunity to whole team with S2, while also increasing his own Attack.
Inflicts Stigma with S3
Has very high Speed

Weakness

S3 Decrease Defense isn't 100% making it unreliable at times.
The 20% Penetrate Defense on S1 isn't a lot.
