Attacks all enemies with Envoy's Scythe, with a 85% (max 100%) chance each to inflict three bleeding effects for 2 turns. When there are three or fewer enemies, damage dealt increases with fewer enemies. Detonates any bleeding effects inflicted on Earth elemental targets at the end of the turn.

a really good hero in the game. alas, this hero has been overshadowed by multiple other heroes that make it seem weak compared to them
