    With the new update a lvl 11 Rosa with speed token and damage or shield token is really good. She heals and moves super fast in bushes and can make her own.

    not being rude with u both (or maybe same person?). stu has more user rate but his win rate is lower than crow. im 50% agree and not on who ever made this tier list but i agree that crow > stu.
