Gems are one of the special currency in the game. They are usually used to buy extremely rare Brawlers, Brawl Boxes, Brawl Pass levels, and even the Brawl Pass itself!
The most efficient way to earn free gems is to complete quests in the Brawl Pass to level it up and receive gems as rewards. You will receive a quest daily that can help you level your Brawl Pass faster.
Use real currency to purchase Gem Packs under the Shop screen to earn gems in the game. Make sure to set up and check your account first before purchasing in-game, as you might lose your money without receiving any gems.
Note: We highly recommend using official transactions only through the Brawl Stars app to purchase in-game items. It is to make sure that the transaction is safe and you'll receive them instantly.
You can use gems to purchase Brawlers in the Shop under Daily Deals. Buying a Brawler is the best way to spend them in the game, as you'll receive tons of benefits when you obtain a new Brawler!
How to Get Brawlers (Characters)
Whenever you're in dire need of coins, you can always visit the shop and exchange some gems for coins. You can upgrade your brawlers and make them stronger in battle using coins.
Earn exclusive rewards by from the Brawl Pass by activating it using your gems. You can also buy tier level for battle pass by paying up 30 gems!

One of the best ways to spend your gems is to buy Brawl Boxes in the Shop. Brawl Boxes may contain item/s such as Power Points, Star Power, Gadget, Bonus Items, or even high rarity Brawlers!
Use gems to show off your Brawler in a battle by buying them some skins in the Shop. Character skins won't make your Brawlers stronger, but it will make them cooler or cuter!
How to Get Skins
Pin packs are available in the shop weekly, and you can get them using gems. You can use the pins you get to communicate in a battle.
One more item you can buy using gems is the Token Doubler. As the name implies, it doubles the Token you get after a match, making it easier to level your battle pass up.
Note: Token Doubler won't double the tokens you get from completing a quest.
