Dragon Pulse does a decent amount of damage with perfect accuracy. It is possible to go for stronger attacks such as Drago Meteor, but the drawback here is the stat drop which Dragon Pulse doesn't have. It's important to consider the pros and cons as well as risk and reward between these two special attacks.
