When the Pokémon with this Ability is at low HP, a continuous HP recovery effect is triggered for a short time. This effect also reduces the cooldowns of the Pokémon’s moves. When this HP recovery effect ends, there is a delay until it can trigger again. However, this delay is reduced each time one of the Pokémon’s moves hits an opposing Pokémon.
Natural Care has a 100-second cooldown after it triggers.
Trevenant has a unique boosted attack. Every boosted attack heals Trevenant for an amount of health, which saves it from dying early on. Trevenant's skills also saps from its health, which means balancing your HP is a much needed tactic to excel with this Pokemon.
You can reduce Natural Care's cooldown by hitting enemies with your moves. Utilize this mechanic to trigger Natural Care as often as possible.
