I have A Question they should have a New Game plus so that if you have an infinite ammo it should carry to New Game plus other games have New Game Plus i suggest Resident Evil 3 Remake should have it.

most of the characters involved in raccoon city made a cameo there. since everything is happening all at the same time.
yes, he is the one of the main antagonist of the game. he will purposely get you in trouble while doing umbrella stuff

racoon city is more of an action game. i really like the multiplayer feature though.
ive played racoon city and i must agree, its really different from the normal resident evil franchise. its fun but not too "horror" for me
outberak is good but id rather play racoon city again. i really enjoy the action gameplay
yes, i think they are checking how players would react to unfamiliar characters by releasing resistance. they would probably remake outbreak
