Solution

Turn 1
1. Move Seliph two spaces left and one space down, then defeat the Red Mage.
2. Use Canto to move Seliph one space down and one space left.
3. Move Chrom two spaces up and one space right, then use A Fate Changed! on Seliph.
4. Move Chrom one space down and one space right, then defeat the Green Mage.
5. Use Canto to move Chrom one space up.
Turn 2
6. Move Seliph three spaces right and one space up, then defeat the Axe Cavalier.
7. Use Canto to move Seliph one space down.
8. Move Chrom two spaces right and use A Fate Changed! on Seliph.
9. Move Chrom one space left and defeat the Blue Cavalier.
10. Use Canto to move Chrom below Seliph.
Turn 3
11. Move Seliph two spaces left and two spaces up, then defeat the Axe Knight.
12. Use Canto to move Seliph one space right.
13. Move Chrom one space left and two spaces up, then use A Fate Changed! on Seliph.
14. Move Chrom one space left and one space down, then defeat the Red Manakete.
15. Use Canto to move Chrom one space left.
