Fuse two demons that results in a Kishin Demon
To fuse Futomimi, you need to fuse two demons that will result in a Kishin Demon.

There are several combinations that result in Kishin demons. You'll need demons with a high enough base level to fuse Futomimi. We recommend doing a simple elemental fusion using Jikokuten and Erthys.
Jikokuten is easily fused while Erthys can be bought for cheap in Rag's Jewelry Shop.
Clear Baal Avatar's Awakening in Mifunashiro
Players will have to clear the Baal Avatar's Awakening in Mifunashiro in order to unlock the Futomimi fusion. If aligned with Yosuga, players will have to beat Futomimi himself. If not, then they will have to fight the Uriel, Gabriel, and Raphael boss fight.

Ring the Afterlife Bell
In addition to clearing the story/boss battle condition, players will have to find the Afterlife Bell in the Zoshigaya Cemetary and ring it within the Fourth Kalpa in order to release Futomimi's trapped soul. This will finally allow players to fuse the Manikin leader.
