Water Shuriken is finaly good but I think Surf is still the better option.
Personally my build works fine for me, smokescreen, surf, muscle band, scope lens, razor claw.
Only test water shuriken + smokescreen,or,*Surf+Water shuriken . know that ws+dt is shown cool 😎
True, however smokescreen + surf requires much more skill patience and timing and the damage output can only spike if you actually know how to use it. Double Team and Water shuriken may be a beginner build but it gives out more value and delivers higher potential for team fights and important objectives. The sheer damage you can unleash is INSANE. However with surf it relies on it's resets without it's like using Lucario's X speed but only hitting one opponent and then going into cooldown
how is surf smokescreen not best moveset lmao
Surf Smokescreen is a very great combo. You can use surf for low health opponents so cool down can reset. Also, muscle band is important for basic attacks for surf and smokescreen is an approach to kill your first rarget

bruh why do people still think double team + water shuriken is the best build? double team + water shuriken is only good for beginners while smokescreen + surf is way better as it has better burst damage and team-fighting potential.
the guide overall isn't that bad, it's just that they're recommending the wrong build and moveset.

it isn't a big change, but it def hurt a lot on its damage and teamfight potential. i haven't tried it yet but i know the nerf makes it from dominate to just strong like decidueye etc (cinderace might be better now after the greninja nerf, (the blaze kick didn't nerf didn't really affect anything but it's ganking power before level 11) but who knows?
