The Final Refuge

Ziggurat Encampment is an area that can be accessed from Sandswept Marsh. You'll be led to this place if you're doing the Legacy of the Vaal main quest.

This area serves as the town or encampment for Act 3. Talk to Alva to gamble and buy an item of your choosing with a random quality and rarity, Servi to disenchant items, Oswald to purchase weapons and armor, and The Hooded One to refund passives or identify items. The Well can also replenish your health, life flask, and mana flask.

How to Get to Ziggurat Encampment

Step	Objective
1	Defeat Jamanra, the Abomination
2	Talk to Sekhema Asala in The Ardura Caravan. She will automatically bring you to Sandswept Marsh.
3	Sandswept Marsh Go through Sandswept Marsh and look for the entrance to the Ziggurant Encampment. Note that maps are randomly generated and this is only a sample layout meant as a general guide.
4	Enter the Ziggurat Encampment.

Ziggurat Encampment is the town for Act 3. Defeat Jamanra, the Abomination in Act 2 and then talk to Sekhema Asala in The Ardura Caravan. She will bring you to Sandswept Marsh after a short cutscene.

Upon entering, you will encounter The Hooded One, Alva, Oswald, and Servi. You can also find your Stash to keep equipment and the Well to replenish your flasks. The long flight of stairs on the bottom right section of the area can be unlocked only after activating all Canal Levers in The Matlan Waterways. This flight of stairs leads to The Drowned City and Temple of Kopec.
