So I have two characters that are past this point in the game. One is MR150 and the other has just finished the Espinas urgent quest. Neither character received the request from Selva. Contacted capcom and they basically didn't address the issue, told me to delete and download stuff. At a loss because this is preventing me from getting 100% trophy completion.
