Boothill and Ruan Mei are the trial characters for Day 5.

A Super Break team composed of Boothill, Ruan Mei, Bronya, and Gallagher is recommended for Day 5. This team greatly boosts Boothill's Break Effect and grants him consecutive actions, which helps him break enemy weaknesses much faster.

If you don't have a built Gallagher, you can also go with healers like Huohuo or Luocha. Huohuo can regenerate Energy and buff ATK while Luocha can help bring down the toughness of Imaginary-weak enemies.

How to Beat Day 5 Supergiant Star

Quickly Get Weakness Breaks

The Day 5 stage mechanic features the Contusion debuff, which increases the damage taken by enemies and deals extra instances of Break DMG every time your team attacks.

Contusion stacks up when an enemy receives Break DMG, so it's best to break their weakness as soon as you can. Focus on enemies with more Contusion stacks to defeat them much faster!

Prevent Gepard's Summons

You should ideally get a Weakness Break on Gepard before he's able to summon other mobs on the field. Try to buff Boothill's Break Effect through your supports as much as possible before it's his turn to attack!
