I find her very interesting! And she doesn't focus on Mono Geo teams to do good damage, just for that it's a +1 in my opinion. + She is F2P friendly. I think I'm going to pull her. :p
Why is Albedo's tier above Kuki? Kuki with EM invest can deal around 30k hyperbloom each seed. While Albedo has no problem with being flex slot, his main function in the team is pretty one dimensional just AoE Geo sub damage. While Kuki, she heals, she enables Electro aside from her Hyperbloom
hu tao team feels more complete while lyney feels like playing tighnari without nahida.
I really only pulled her when I was new cause she seemed pretty versatile and could fit into many team comps to get me through the game. I don’t think she’s very meta though and currently Cyno has become better. I do hope chlorinde is at least as good as navia though cause she’s one of my favorites so far.

I didn't know Wriothesley is put in the same rank as Hu Tao and Alhaitham. Altho I am aware that his C0 performance is "incomplete"
I think huo tao and lyney are pretty equal with one having the edge in ST and the other AOE, just my personal opinion though I’m not an expert.

navias only downside is she gonna have to depend on teammates against shielded enemies.
funny thing is the jp one put navia in the same rank as haitham, lyney, hu tao, ayaka, wriozzly. neuv on his own tier tho.
You forgot the newest one: Alhaitham-Furina-Nahida-Kuki. Kuki can still hyperbloom despite Furina's slow Hydro app while also moving the team HP. Her slow Hydro also allows Alhaitham to quicken more often and her buff also boost the entire non-bloom damage, including Alhaitham's spread.
alhaitam,s best team hyperbloom is literally where everyone is a dps. alhaitham-nahida doing quicken dmg, xq hydro dmg. these 3 dps while enabling dendro seeds for your hyperbloom dps, kuki.
That kind of guy only knows about dmg per screenshot without knowing that "sustained" dps exists. Alhaitham team are mostly not just his damage, but it's also team damage teamcomp (quickbloom, quicken aggravate too if you bring Yae or strong electro sub-dps)
