I see, another question though. Does EoSF prefered Energy sands along with energy recharge weapons for a 75% dmg 4pcs bonuses? I'm abit conflicted either HP sand or Energy sands. But still thanks for clarification!
Vourukasha's total max buff : approx. 50-55% Burst + Skill DMG bonus (with note, must taken damage 5 times). Comparing with EoSF, it has low margin. Better stats EoSF would be better, with condition u need to decrease Burst uptime. For Sub-DPS, Vourukasha would be better because this artifact increase not only Burst, but also Skill DMG bonus. But for fast rotation Main-DPS, better stats EoSF is prefered.
Looks like someone has no knowledge about favonius GS has same base damage as the Sea Lord GS 🤦♂️
Before knowing what all character roles are, wear the default lowest weapon and all artifacts must be removed. There must be a chart for all Level 90 characters with no artifact stats. It seems Dehya is more HP based among characters. But a new artifacts upcoming benefited for her role just like the old Kokomi Clam artifacts. We'll just wait and see if combining Reed Sea and Vourukasha Glow's damage taken damage increase passive on Dehya. ^^

Well, XL DPS has a low margin with Dehya's Burst. XL only better because her extended Burst.. Tried to experience yourself and ignore TC communities, they're getting cocky per every patch and lose their resolution..
