I should also mention that her elemental skill is a work of fine art, so to see it locked behind a blooming restriction (pun intended) is a travesty. Try a few experiments and see what you think works best. This is why we play.

She may have been made for bloom teams, but she is an amazing electrocharge and potential vaporize supremist. In the electro category you can use Kuki or Ei, Kuki is better because her skill applies both electro and healing wherever the melee ensues. The vaporize application can be proced with either Bennett or Xiangling, but you need burst, uptime, and area of effect to make it viable. An experimental alternative is Xinyan's skill which provides a pulse of Pyro and a shield. This needs a trial.

Raiden, Nilou, Dendro MC, Zhongli Pretty nice team albeit not as strong as Nilou, Kokomi, Collei, Dendro MC. Nilou is a character for future team indeed.

If the leaks have some merit, she may have an Artifact set that would make Bloom reaction's damage a force to be reckoned. And the flex slot in her team (second Dendro applier) is yet to be filled at the moment, but a character similar to Ayato for Dendro would make the Blooms to happen every second, so the restrictions in her teambuilding may work in her favor with her dedicated kit

I think she still need Crit stats

She is really hard to rate... She's not really good for exploration but extremely good in abyss and quite easy to build. Her Aoe damage is insane in the right team comp. I still think it is valid to give her an average rating cause she has a few issues and is very restrictive. I don't regret pulling for her at all. Abyss 12 was never faster and easier to clear... She will become way better with Nahida

And playing her without Kokomi at the moment is a real pain in the ass, and the release of a nahida will slightly correct the situation, but not so much that it could be safely recommended to everyone.
