did you guys saw her 3mil+ vape burst showcase on raiden boss from some player on hoyolab, no dendro char was needed xD one her burst killed raiden boss in 3 sek, impressive :) Have a nice day .

Her vaporize and electro - is far worst than Tartaglia or Ayato, Yes it's works and you can use it, but from the point of view of DPS, this is not the best solution. These reactions do not take advantage of her skills and passives, you only use the limited potential of the character.
I should also mention that her elemental skill is a work of fine art, so to see it locked behind a blooming restriction (pun intended) is a travesty. Try a few experiments and see what you think works best. This is why we play.
She may have been made for bloom teams, but she is an amazing electrocharge and potential vaporize supremist. In the electro category you can use Kuki or Ei, Kuki is better because her skill applies both electro and healing wherever the melee ensues. The vaporize application can be proced with either Bennett or Xiangling, but you need burst, uptime, and area of effect to make it viable. An experimental alternative is Xinyan's skill which provides a pulse of Pyro and a shield. This needs a trial.
I guess if you need to have something in the substat slot... but honestly nothing else should matter since building for anything other than EM and HP is a waste.
Raiden, Nilou, Dendro MC, Zhongli Pretty nice team albeit not as strong as Nilou, Kokomi, Collei, Dendro MC. Nilou is a character for future team indeed.
For me, her biggest problem is that she's basically locked in one reaction. She has virtually zero variability, so she is more likely to suit more people who like to play the same characters over and over again for a very long time.
If the leaks have some merit, she may have an Artifact set that would make Bloom reaction's damage a force to be reckoned. And the flex slot in her team (second Dendro applier) is yet to be filled at the moment, but a character similar to Ayato for Dendro would make the Blooms to happen every second, so the restrictions in her teambuilding may work in her favor with her dedicated kit
I think she still need Crit stats
No, they are very different and have different roles. I have no doubt that Nilou will become S with the release of Nahida and sooner or later they will give her another personal set as usual. But now there is no urgent need for her, so she can be easily pulled out on the rerun when she reaches the peak of her strength.
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Nilou just like Shenhe, but for Dendro main DPS?
Abyss 3.1 is easy. People got full stars with freeze team + raiden national. Who even needs Nilou?
Too much investment for such a character. There are many other SS - S characters that C2 will be much more useful and give a lot more benefits.
Just get her to c2 for a flat 35% debuff on dendro and Hydro. Ez
You forgot one very important point, now in the abyss is the blessing of the moon, which reduces the elemental and physical resistance by 8% (stacks 4 times = 32%) after bloom or hyper bloom. Therefore, her damage will be lower in the next Abysses where this blessing will not be present.
I find her bountiful cores not that good for bosses in abyss. I agree with her being A tier.
She is really hard to rate... She's not really good for exploration but extremely good in abyss and quite easy to build. Her Aoe damage is insane in the right team comp. I still think it is valid to give her an average rating cause she has a few issues and is very restrictive. I don't regret pulling for her at all. Abyss 12 was never faster and easier to clear... She will become way better with Nahida
