He does more damage than a C6R5 Ayaka/Hu Tao at C0 with a F2P weapon.

If you put a mounn's moon or stringless on a yelan, especially an emblem yelan, then you can afford to not put a hydro dmg goblet. Hydro damage is added to burst damage bonus when it is burst and skill damage bonus when it is skill.
I hate her. There's not really a character that is a must-pull in this game except for Yelan. Not only can see do everything, see can do it better than anyone else. Main dps? Sub? Support? Hell, even exploration? EXTREMELY unbalanced character.

No matter how she looks , for me thanks to her abillitis she is literally top 3 char in this game, must have ;)

one of the worst designs. most people who pull in Genshin care about design more than abilities.
hey, yelan is meant as a sub dps, meaning that she isn't a charged attack character unlike ganyu. Ganyu has a unique playstyle because we haven't seen another charged attack playstyle kind of character, and most bow users are sub-dpses. So basically yelan does her burst and skills, then go to a character like idk, hu tao or yoimiya?
Strongest character in the game, she is a must pull.
Diluc Yelan Bennett is good, as well as the other recs 107 and 108 gave; personally I added Dendro Traveler for the Hydro Lotus Lamp and then Diluc to cause Burgeon with the Dendro Cores
use diona and learn to dragonstrike with diluc
you can include an anemo unit on your team instead of shielder
Trying to make a team around yelan but I'm struggling with the last member. I was thinking of dilluc yelan and bennet. And the other I think I want a shielder but I don't know which one. Can you guys help me? Anyone but zhongli pls :)))))))))))
