Read some of the recent comments all the way below I expected it already; just the usual reception for a new DPS character that got released. it's worse than the other options. He has many effects that don't count as charged shots and he doesn't need EM in mono Pyro.

there is definitely a pattern here. since yelan hoyo has been making more bow single target quickswappy characters with broken constellations. c6 tighnari spread is the best dendro speedrun team. now let's see how well lyney will do once he gets better team.

he is unexpectedly strong for speedrunner. id say almost on par with my c6r5 tighnari but lyney is lacking his own nahida for aoe coverage. i think the next limited 5* pyro will solve this. from leaks it is really looking arlecchino is the next 5* pyro.

nobody is saying they’re equal, they are saying he is a good dps that does good dmg and is worth the pull if you want him. Your the one saying lyney sucks and barely is good with no proper evidence other than “Childe is better”, like, do you hear yourself?
not really, he got his ass beat by neuvillette and Furina has been weird nonstop since we met her so I’m sure she’s hiding something. Anyway, I’d say Childe is the one doomed if he keeps up embarrassing the fatui like that.
