Got this at 20 pulls after getting Engulfing Lightning at 70 pulls. Lucky enough that I've got both Raiden Shogun and Yoimiya also with low number of pulls.

Went for kagura's and I read got 2 of this ☠️ I wanna cry cuz I don’t even use my yoimiya, and I got no one to use it on
The in game discription does for the normal damage stack is differnt then listed here. It just says "Normal Attack deals DMG (stack lasts 5s). - Nothing about it having to be elemental damage. Which is correct and how would you tell?
There is brackets showing each refinement level like the skill was etc 12/30/50 % damage or something, showing each refinement level on the passive talent

Why do you recommend Fischl as user, but not this bow for her use on her own guide page?
This one is good with what Characters?
i'd say its already better at R1 cause the Stats alone are higher and the passive is awesome on some Characters, that can pair with Shimenawa's Reminiscence. Build both and you got enough DMG
At what R is this one better then a R4 rust?
The stats are good, but the weapon effect doesn't apply to charged shots so its best used on someone else.
is this any good for ganyu at all?
