The 4-pc Tenacity has some sense, because Yae deals DMG with her Skill basically all the time, which means basically 100% uptime of the 4-pc buff, but... If I have Layla with Tenacity already, is 4-pc Noblesse Oblige a decent alternative?
It does. Total aggravate damage is computed by values from total ATK, EM, and CRIT DMG.
attack% does not increase aggravate damage
imo, if compared to DMC, Collei has strong point for hyperbloom/burgeon, when DMC is for aggravate
just use DMC if you want play quick aggravate. Their Burst synergies well with Electro.
My favorite team in this game is miko main, nahida sub, yelan sub, and koko support, nothing can stop me :) Catalyst characters are most fun to play. Before nahida release used kazuha in this team also was good :) Main dpses characters are no more needed in this game, sub dpses like nahida and yelan killing everything self, actually you can take amber with them as main and everything ll be fine :) Niang, yanfey and klee aren't better main dpses then miko especially now with dendro .

Nahida just a SSS version of Dentro traveler. Can also go for Collei if you want more total dmg but you have to deal with managing her Energy Recharge so she can always use Elemental Burst.
question: what if want to use yae miko in a dendro team but i don't have nahida? i have every dendro unit except nahida
No. Stacking DMG artifacts (like ATK or Electro in this case) is way better than increasing her EM because of how aggravate works. Aggravate scales better with increasing raw DMG because it can crit. EM should only be considered as an afterthought. If you have nahida, you might as well stack nahida with EM to give Yae that 250EM bonus. Or you can just read what that comment #129

TF/ATK vs TF/EM is in the same vein as ADC vs EDC. ADC is a head by a small margin. Attack sands also way easier to get than EM sands
Definitely not. I'm assuming you're counting this for 100% uptime per tick of her turret, but her turret has ICD meaning you can't get 100% Aggravate procs. If you do the math (or be lazy and check out spreadsheets) you'll see most people still recommend TF/Glad. TF/EM+80 also isn't better than than +18% atk. It's close tho.
Artifact Rankings are wrong, Gilded Dreams 4pc has highest dps than 2pc TF/Glad. Also 2pc TF/WT is better than TF/Glad.

i think you switched the artifact bonuses...
if you have yae you can solo everything. you dont have to fight. you just put her skill and walk past . no need for ulti even , also no teammates
