    This quest is locking me out of Co-Op...This is maybe the third time a quest has locked me out of Co-Op until completion and about the twelfth time a quest has locked me out of essential game features...at this point it's just annoying. Some quests I don't even mean to trigger, they start automatically and then the game forces me to complete them or "can't access teapot" or "can't join co-op" or "can't go do this or that". It's just BAD game design.

    The NPC that gives the quest isn't in Liyue Harbor, but rather in Wangshu Inn.

    I’m not able to complete the last part where I’m supposed to talk to the NPCs but the game isn’t allowing me to
