Just got it today. Been waiting months. Oddly enough, it wasn't until I switched to random daily quest that I got it. Keeping it in mondstat never got me anything. But I screwed it up. I didn't get the achievement because I completed it once and now it's gone

Nah, you gotta get tales of winter daily commission quest before you get this quest at the church.. it's pretty fucking stupid, because it's pure rng what kinda daily commission quest you get before you can do this for the last mondstadt quest
I have the same problem (AR47)... no more world-quests available, the only one, what i need to finish reputaion quest. I think i do this quest in the past, but not updated in reputation quests from Mondstadt.
