at early ar levels and late game, stats are more important than sets. prioritise stats as they are just flat out better. also jeans healing is pretty good, so energy recharge is imo better than healing bonus
Jean is definitely underrated
Ok, so I’m at AR 30 and I’m using Jean as a healer, so is Traveling Doctor good? Do I need to but Exile on her instead?
Jean needs an update to her artifacts and weapons! A lot of older characters do, honestly.
I know that it is very difficult to write a post like this but really? long skill CD is one of her cons? Like, she only has 6s CD, and the last time I check, only Albedo, Zhongli and Bennett have shorter CD (4s and 5s). Her CD is the same as Kaeya, and one of them has "very short cooldowns" and the other has "a long cooldown"?
A high R Sacrificial Sword is BY FAR her top dps weapon for nonbosses and especially in Abyss. Being able to proc four instances of fall dmg every cool down is busted.

That's just a straight DPS build with a different artifact set, which is a bad combo. If you really want a proper healer DPS build, you should build Crit Rate - ATK % - ATK % to maximize your heals on top of getting sustainable crits. Using Anemo/Phys goblet is completely favored towards deal damage and does nothing to her heals, whereas ATK % provides to both her damage and heals.
Please update the artifact desired main stat under section "Best Artifact Stats for Healer Build". The Goblet does not have Energy Recharge, only the Hourglass does.
The reason for having atk% on maidens is for her talent passive which has her normal attacks have a 50% chance of healing the party with every hit which heals based off of 15% of her atk. And with the set bonus that maidens gives off, it makes her more efficient in healing.
Using Prototype Rancour (because can increase her defense and attack really well). Her normal strikes generate a lot of healing(around 16-32% damage, right now I have 20%) also have a decent amount of physical damage(1000-3000 per hit). I mixed 2 parts of gladiator's finale and 2 parts of wanderer's troupe (peak 20k damage on crit with good reactions) About LVL 90 Vayuda Turquoise Gemstone (6) Hurricane Seed(20) Dandelion Seed(60) Ominous Mask(24) 120k mora - Adventure Rank 50
Instead of this described set for healer dps which it more dps than healing, Jean should: Artifact: Gladiator Finale 4-set, 1 random Main stat: HP - ATK - ATK% - Anemo%/Physical% - Crit Rate Weapon: Harbringer of dawn refinement 5 Since jean can self healing, she can cope with 90% HP restriction on Harbringer of Dawn. Best weapon for her.
For the lvl 80 ascension you need: 6x Vayuda Turquoise Chunk 12x Hurricane Seed 45x Dandelion Seed 12x Ominous Mask
Wind Companion makes her heal so much as she attacks it's insane. I forgot what it's like to not have nearly always full health. She should be higher than 9/10. 9.5/10 more like.
