you're still being able to use characters that have wrong element required in level 5 difficulty. Exact character that needs vertical investment and well-built teammates only needs at level 6. For example you're still being able to clear chamber 3 difficulty 5 this stygian onslaught with Skirk and Mavuika
This "war" is made up by rage baiters. If we talk objectively, here is what we get: Varesa is better in overload teams, Raiden is better in hyperbloom teams, Flins is better in electro charge teams. Their DPS doesn't mean anything, it depends on what reaction the boss requires to be defeated. Like the crab needs Bloom, Fatui soldier Electro-charge, etc. Everything else you hear is rage-bait, don't even answer to them.
Imagine glazing raiden C2 (ignore 60% def) while Ineffa and Flins ignore 100% def by default...

Firstly most people don't have her C2, secondly this tier list uses constellation in ranking only when the character actually needed it, raiden don't need C2 to be able to function, thirdly if you want to put raiden at C2 then why other characters just don't get put in C2 also, if you want to rank it like that Raiden is still S tier behind alot of characters. Rourthly the fact that she went from C0 114k team DPS to C2 just to bump up additional 5kDPS is pathetic. Raiden C0 is ok
