You can receive the Auto-Cure Materia for completing this mission.
You can clear this battle intel report by simply equipping the Assess materia, then going out into battle and scanning two enemies. You'll need to build up some ATB to use it, which can be done by attacking the enemies until a bar fills ups. Use Assess right after the gauge is filled.
In order to clear Monster Bio Pt. 4, you're going to need to assess a total of 30 monster types. On top of that, scanning enemies gives you the ability to see their weaknesses mid battle, so you should scan every one of them you come across!
After you use Assess enough, it will level up so that it can scan multiple enemies at once, making these reports even easier to complete.
