6. Materia is still in the game (of course) as well as materia combination (according to rumors) there are still o info if materia can give birth or change forms so we need to wait for that.
This info is from the original game so I it can be different for the remake but if they will be faithful to the original then it prolly wont change lots of things too since this is an rpg and not a romance sim.
5. I don't know why this is the focus of some people but yes there is romance in the game. It does not affect the ending but affects several events (primarily during the events at gold saucer)
4. The game is already as big as other games, there is enough content to last you around 40-50 hours (standard rpg playtime).
3. There is post game content. While it is not yet revealed, it is highly likely, several new bosses and as we have found out from the trailer, bosses are hard ao you will need to plan for them.
2. The game is dovided into several parts to AVOID a nostalgia trip game. They made it so that new and old players can get a NEW experience when they play it while staying faithful to the original.
Here's a summary of the latest info. Red is NOT a playable character. He is i stead a guest character which makes sense since he really only starts being used in the original after escaping midgar.
It was already revealed that there os post game content. So yeah there will be new enemies.
It's in the ps4. There arent many mods for that. If you're looking for mods, wait dor a PC release.

Sure. But I feel like including both and getting a half-baked product is inferior to what we have right now. There's plenty of FF games for all kinds of audience
Definitely. I mean, it already has a compelling storyline, just that touch of human-ness would be really awesome
Does anyone know if there's an active modding scene for this FF installment? Would be awesome to see what other people had done already :D
what they could do there probably is a variety of quests apart from the main so players would explore the area and they will get a feel of it. Ofc, they want players to enjoy the game that they made especially this time that they put extra effort with the graphics. So, I'm guessing they might be planning to put something together (a quest, my guess) to trigger the players to explore the area.
There might be but i couldn't say it there will be tons of them. i Mean this remake seems like it will be faithful to its original. Well, unless, the devs were talking about a surprise boss so that might be your answer. But, if you're pertaining to enemies (like regular enemies) not so sure about dat.
Since they're planning to like expand Midgar, do you guys think there will be new enemies, as well. There's a possibility, right?

I'd like to discover new areas in Midgar tbh. Hope they're planning to open the area for more exploration. But, if not mistaken, there will still be limited areas.
I'll actually fond of new characters. How would they affect the lives of the protagonist? How much impact would they leave? Then, grow attach only to find they're gonna die in the end.
glad they arranged something like this, really helps when choosing who to level up. And speaking of characters, who could have the most useful ability here? The ability differ from one another, hope Tifa has some kind of special ability to protect her from enemies, like guard ability or something.. If she's a heavy damage dealer, keen to level her up until the last part of the game.
If there's related, would they be like distant family members?

Would be nice if they included an option where you can choose between the new sound effects and the old ones hahaha
nahhhh, that would just take away from the moment too much. I like Aerith as much as the next person but she has to stay dead
I don't know about Roche, but have you seen Leslie Kyle? He looks like Kadaj, won't be surprised if he's related to Sephiroth somehow
Here's a tip for boss battles even though the only strong ones are emerald and ruby
