You can get Rindo Berry by shaking Berry trees found in Wild Areas and Routes.

You can get more Berries by shaking a tree multiple times. However, the more you shake it, the higher the possibility that Pokemon will fall from the tree and challenge you into a battle.
It would also mean that the chances of getting Berries will decrease.

How to Win Max Raid Battles
Rindo Berry is a niche held item in the current metagame and is often used by Pokemon that have 4x Weakness to Grass-type Moves.
Gastrodon is a good user of the Rindo Berry since it already has reliable recovery in the form of Recover.
Letting it hold the berry can save it from a powerful super-effective Grass-type move, allowing it to survive and recover or switch out of the battle.

Rindo Berry can be used as an ingredient when cooking Curries at the Campsite! Using Rindo Berry in your Curry will give it a Spicy and Bitter flavor.
You can also use Rindo Berries to produce an item at the Cram-O-Matic! The product you will get will depend on what items you combine the Berry with.
