You can deal with the Tyrant in many different ways, listed below:
Grenades are very powerful in this game. There are three types of grenades that have their own unique effect, but only two of them can stun the Tyrant. You should always have one Hand Grenade or Flash Grenade saved incase the Tyrant uses Pulverize on one of your teammates.
You can either use your grenades to save your teammate if they have been caught by the Tyrant's Pulverize, or you and your team can stagger your grenades to keep it stunned while the rest get away.
The Personal Skill of the Survivor Tyrone, Power Kick, can be used to stun the Tyrant to save your teammate or to escape them. This has the same effect as using a Grenade but is easier to access, especially if Tyrone has the Pumped Up Skill Variant equipped which reduces the skill’s cooldown to 9 seconds.
The Fever Skill of the Survivor Martin, Flash Baton, can also be used to stun the Tryant if it is chasing you or to save your teammate. You have to think before using this since it has a long cooldown and there are easier ways to stun the Tyrant than doing this.
If you see the Tyrant crouch, this is a sign that it will start its bull rush. Once you see it crouch to do this, immediately try to run past it towards either of its sides because the Tyrant cannot turn or stop this move once it has started.
If you are able to run past it or dodge its bull rush, then this will give you a lot of time to escape him or stun him again after it recovers.
When the Tyrant is chasing you, always look towards its face. When you notice it put its left hand in front of its face, it is using Rampart. When it does this, it becomes immune to flashbangs and facial protection.
The advantage here is that it cannot attack while doing this and you can easily run away since it takes a while for it to put its hand down.
