This is a guide to clearing the Infernal and Lunatic maps for Candace: Sly Snatcher in Fire Emblem Heroes (FEH). To see strategy for defeating Candace, enemy information, as well as the best units and party to use, read on!

This map has no refresher enemies and no enemies with movement assists, making it the ideal situation for a Hit and Run composition.
The enemies will not move until you either initiate into them, or you step into their threat range. This gives you ample time to set up your units prior to your assault.
After you position your units, use a ranged cavalry unit to defeat one of Candace, the Green Thief, or the Sword Cavalier. Afterwards, use movement assists like Reposition and/or post-combat movement effects like Canto to retreat to safety.
Alternatively, you can use a ranged non-cavalry unit to step into the top forest tile of the third column and defeat the Axe Knight, then retreat to safety afterwards.
The enemies will then advance, but be unable to reach your units. You can then pick them off one at a time while retreating to safety after each attack.
Be mindful of Candace's Spd Preempt 3, as she will attack first if you do not meet the Spd check.
Tank strategies are also viable on this map as there are no enemy units that are too threatening. Even the boss unit, Candace, isn't too difficult to tank despite her inflated stats.
If you have a strong tank unit that neutralizes effects that prevent their counterattacks, such as Emblem Ike, Winter Byleth (M), or a tank with Null C-Disrupt, use that unit. Position them on the tile above the topmost forest tile on the third column, two spaces below the Green Thief.
They will shrug off the Troubadour's Flash+ staff and defeat everyone in enemy phase except for the Axe Knight who is unable to reach the tank unit. You can then finish off the Axe Knight on your next turn.
If you do not have one of those tank units, you can still utilize an enemy phase strategy. Bait in the enemies from the fourth column, preventing the Green Thief and the Sword Cavalier from reaching your tank unit. This way, you minimize the amount of incoming damage from the enemies.
Pick off the Troubadour as soon as possible and then clean up the rest of the map.
You can also bait from two sides with two different tank units; one on the top-left area of the map and another on the bottom-right. The Troubadour can only attack one tank, leaving the other to defeat their foes in enemy phase.
