This is a guide to clearing the Infernal and Lunatic maps for Perne: Dacian Scoundrel in Fire Emblem Heroes (FEH). To see strategy for defeating Perne, enemy information, as well as the best units and party to use, read on!

This map has no refresher enemies and all the enemies are grouped up together, with one enemy within striking distance on turn one, making this a great map for a Hit-and-Run or a Galeforce strategy.
Position your units just below the danger area and prepare your team for the initiating turn. The enemies will not move until you either step into their threat range or you attack them first.
When you're ready, use a ranged unit to defeat the Sword Fighter, and then move that unit away to safety using skills like Reposition or post-combat effects like Canto. If using Reposition, bring along a refresher unit to also move the unit using Reposition away from the threat range of Perne and the Cleric.
The enemies will then move forward, allowing you to pick them off at your leisure. Prioritize defeating Perne first, as he is the only offensively threatening unit on this map.
Be aware that the Axe Fighter has Guidance 4 and can have his allies warp forward to reach your units if you aren't positioned properly!
Avoid using Cavalry units if possible, as the area is littered with trenches that hinder movement. However, if you have well invested Cavalry units, you can still use skills like Reposition or Smite to move them forward and avoid the trenches.
If you have Winter Edelgard and she is equipped with Galeforce, she can solo this map with ease. Position her below the Sword Fighter, and then engage, defeating theSword Fighter, Perne, and then retreating to safety. Only the Cleric will be able to reach her, and she should survive an attack from the Cleric. Use the next turn to clean up the rest of the map.
Tank strategies are also viable on this map as long as you can withstand Perne's attacks with your tank unit. A Far Save unit with appropriate support can easily soak up multiple attacks and defeat this map with ease.
If you have a Far Save unit, bait on the right side of the map using a unit that can defeat the Sword Fighter, and have the Far Save unit just behind them. The right side enemies will move forward to their deaths, allowing you to clean up the left side of the map afterwards.
If you do not have a Far Save unit, bring a physically bulky Blue unit and bait on the right side of the map. This unit should be able to survive the hits from Perne and the Sword Fighter.
Avoid visible bonuses, as the Cleric carries Panic+ to reverse them and weaken your tank units!
