Bridal Cecilia's best IVs are +Atk and -Def. Her Atk is quite high for a mage and boosting it improves her performance as a big nuker with one-hit KO potential.

Her Def is a clear dump stat, and lowering it further will not change the result of her matchups. Thus, it is a safe bane to take.

+Atk for a +10 Merge

Bridal Cecilia is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage he/she deals will be equivalent to his/her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.

Bridal Cecilia Strengths

Bridal Orchid+ applies a Bonus Doubler effect to Atk and Res

Bridal Cecilia comes with a new inheritable red tome in Bridal Orchid+.

This weapon grants Atk/Res+5 and an extra bonus to Atk and Res during combat equal to the current bonus on unit's Atk and Res respectively.

This weapon is great for specialized magic walls and will do its job quite well.

Synergized base kit

On top of Bridal Orchid+ improving her Atk and Res, Bridal Cecilia also comes with Rouse Atk/Res 3 to further increase those two stats (and activate Bridal Orchid+'s Bonus Doubler effect) and Atk/Res Ruse 3 to lower her foes' Atk/Res and apply a 【Guard】 effect.

Bridal Cecilia's entire base kit revolves around stat swings to Atk and Res, which makes her a very effective magic wall.

Bridal Cecilia suffers from a lack of exclsive skills that are unique to her alone.

Thus, her role can be fulfilled by many other units in the game, including free units like Arete.

Weak to Cavalry Effective Weapons

Bridal Cecilia takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Thani or Binding Reginleif, and one blow from this type of weapon is sure to take her down. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!
