When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.

+Atk/-HP

The best IVs for Ninja Igrene are +Atk and -Res.

Since her weapon can nail second strikes, and her kit is designed to make it easy for her to nail quad-attacks, getting a +Atk IV would be best in significantly increasing her damage.

Her HP is of less importance so it can be safely taken as her bane.

+Atk for a +10 Merge

We recommend a +Atk IV when merging Ninja Igrene to 10. This is for the same reasons as above and at this point, she can take out a lot of units out even with just 2 strikes.

If you prefer nailing quad-attacks, you can go for a +Spd IV instead. It is a superboon for her, so that is another reason to take it over +Atk.

Ninja Igrene is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Ninja Igrene Strengths

Nail consistent quad-attacks with Nabata Kunai and Spd/Def Rein 3!

Ninja Igrene didn't win the outspeed here, but she still strikes twice thanks to her weapon!

Nabata Kunai is similar to a Brave weapon in the sense that it allows its user to score 2 strikes in one attack if they initiate damage. This is an extra attack and not a follow-up attack so when you are able to get an outspeed, Ninja Igrene can land 4 strikes in one action. This makes her a very powerful player phase attacker. Another key difference between her weapon and Brave weapons is that Nabata Kunai grants +4 Spd unlike Brave weapons that inflict a Spd penalty. This makes scoring quad-attacks very easy for Igrene especially when Spd/Def Rein 3 is equipped too!

Like most daggers, it inflicts a -7 Def/Res debuff to target and all foes within 2 spaces of target after combat.

Nabata Kunai grants extreme levels of mobility

Thanks to her allies' positoning, Ninja Igrene can initiate on the Sword Fighter despite the distance!

An effect of Nabata Kunai that cannot be overlooked is:

If allies are positioned 2 spaces away from Igrene, Igrene can move 4 spaces from her current position. This makes her extremely mobile especially when combined with refresher-assist supports. With some strategy, she can engage, and disengage with unparalleled ease.

C Duel Flying 4 Raises your Arena score

C Duel Flying 4 is a special skill that treats the unit’s stats as 175 in the Arena, allowing your overall score to increase when using Ninja Igrene.

It is usable by any colorless flying unit, so equip it and increase your score as you would like, but keep in mind that as an A slot skill it means you will lose the ability to useful, powerful A skills like Fury 4 or Death Blow 4.

C Duel Flying 4 is mainly for scoring purposes

While C Duel Infantry 4 does give some nice stats, the A skill can be home to very powerful skills that are cornerstones for great builds. If you plan to use Ninja Igrene outside of the Arena, make sure to get her an A skill that allows him to perform better in combat.

Weak to bows

As a flying unit, Ninja Igrene takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.
