Using the Bathroom will allow you to recover at least half of your base Stamina Bar. However, 30 minutes will pass in-game if you take a bath.
You can also only use the Bathroom once every 8 hours in-game. To maximize your game time, we recommend expending your first bath after your farming chores, and then later at night!

You can recover your full Stamina naturally by going to your bed and sleeping. Sleeping will move you forward to the next day even if you sleep in the morning.
You will also progress to the next day by spending all your Stamina, or passing out after the in-game clock reaches 5:00 AM. However, you will not fully recover your Stamina if you stay awake until 5:00 AM.

The only way to increase your Max Stamina is by using Power Berry. According to the achivements, there should be 10 Power Berries to reach the Maximum Stamina limit.

I don’t think it’s just the power berries that increase stamina… the whole reason I’m looking at this topic is I just ate hashbrowns from the hearth day event and literally watched my stamina bar grow larger. I’m literally online trying to get more information. So does eating certain foods make your health bar larger as well as work with recovery? Is it just special items maybe from your love interests? I need more info.

Actually, following up to my prior post… I just got my answer… It’s a limited time power up due to what I ate. Bummer it’s not long-term.
