The Nature Sprites are locals of Zephyr Town who embody the power of nature in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar. Find out how to unlock the Nature Sprites, what Happy Energy is, Nature Sprite locations, and other details in this guide!
List of Contents

Automatically unlock Nature Sprites on the morning of Spring 13, Year 1. Unlocking the Nature Sprites also unlocks Happy Energy.
The Nature Sprites are able to offer direct support to the Farmer during Bazaar days by buffing the sales and quality of goods during Bazaars. This is called the Cheer Squad mechanic, and is essential for maximizing Bazaar profits.
In order to utilize the Nature Sprites' Cheer Squad mechanic, the Farmer needs to be in the middle of the Bazaar mini-game in order to call on the Nature Sprites to aid with Bazaar sales.

Happy Energy is used to buy items from the Nature Sprite's shop, Happy Shoppe.
Happy Shoppe sells several unique items, including Power Berry, which can increase the max Stamina of the playable character, and Sprite Boxes, which allow you to get items from your Storage House without returning to your farm.
As the Nature Sprites have mentioned in-game, Happy Energy can be gained passively from living out your life in Zephyr Town. In-game, this translates to participating in a variation of activities, hitting milestones, and overall playing the game.
These activities range from simply interacting with Citizens, to general farming, foraging, mining, or animal handling.
On Spring 16, visit the home of the Nature Sprites by hopping to the barrel in the Southeast portion of Zephyr Town. After jumping above the barrel, use your glider to reach the home of the Nature Sprites.
Visiting the home of the Nature Sprites unlocks Sprite Levels and Sprite Sharing, which increases the quality of forageable items, including rocks, wood, fish, and bugs.

Help each Nature Sprite collect certain types of forageables to increase their Sprite Level. Each time their Sprite Level increases by 4, the minimum rarity of the forageables that they collect increases by half a star.
