No, Start a New Game

Story of Seasons Grand Bazaar - Herding Animals
You can only change your name and the name of your name by starting a new game in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar. You can no longer change your name or the name of your farm after Mayor Felix introduces Zephyr Town and shows you your farm.

After the introduction, you can only change the appearance and voice of your character but not their name.
