How to Unlock Kagetsu
Reach Bazaar Rank 3
Kagetsu is unlocked after you reach Bazaar Rank 3 or by accumulating 50,000 G in total. The next day after the Bazaar day, go to the Mountains to trigger a cutscene.
This will create a pink flower portal that you can enter to transport yourself to Kagetsu's abode.
Kagetsu Heart Events and Answers
On certain time and dates, a pink exclamation mark appears for Kagetsu, which are Heart Events or Scenes. Choosing the best answer will give you more Friendship Points! Try to think of their personality and their expected reaction before you answer.
