Find in Trese Desert

You can find Black Diablos and their egg nests in Trese Desert. With a Qurupeco's Monster Call, you can lure them out and possibly make them retreat!

Make Black Diablos Retreat

To get guaranteed Black Diablos eggs, you can make them retreat by following the conditions above conditions. Afterwards, follow them to their den and gather an egg from their nest while Black Diablos is sleeping!

Optionally, you can get the Den Protector skill to further increase the chances of Black Diablos retreating. You can get this skill early with the Pink Rathian's armor, Rath Heart Armor!
