Complete Story Quests

You can unlock 10 trophies simply by progressing through the game and completing all the story quests. This includes visiting new locations as well since they are tied to the game's completion. Each trophy will be automatically added for each story quest you complete.

Complete Subquests

There is a total of 8 trophies you can unlock from completing the subquests. These subquests can be finished anytime while exploring the world of Monster Hunter Stories. Subquests can be obtained from the village quest boards, the Armory & Smithy, and from characters with blue bubbles hovering over their heads.

You can also get subquests by talking to the major characters that you have interacted with before during your adventures. These characters include Simone, Debli, Avinia, Reverto, and The Channeler.

Complete Combat Challenges

Completing combat challenges will also help with your trophy collection. This can be achieved by fighting strong enemies, participating in the Rider Arena, or obtaining an S rank in the battles you take part in.

Complete Item Collection Challenges

Item collection challenges will require you to do a bit of exploration in order to achieve. The challenges here will require you to unlock all of the crafting recipes for combining, amass a sizeable amount of in-game currency (Zenny), and locate all of the lost Poogies in the game.

All Poogie Locations

Acquire Weapons and Armor

As you progress through the story, you will need to acquire end-game weapons and armor. These can either be picked up as you progress through the high ranking areas, or crafted at the Armor & Smithy. Basic items like great swords, armor, or hammers will get you trophies as well.

Acquire a Rarity 8 Accessory

You also get one trophy for acquiring a Rarity 8 Accessory. Find these by picking up items or treasure chests as you go through the Tower of Illusion or the Labyrinth of Ordeals in the Ruins of Redan.

Perform Easy In-Game Mechanics

Many of the trophies can be unlocked by simply playing the game and making use of the in-game mechanics. These mechanics are easy to perform as the game would have already provided you with the information you need. This includes learning the basics of combat, understanding the Rite of Channeling, and crafting various equipment.

Platinum Trophy List

Platinum	Master Rider
	Obtain all trophies in Monster Hunter Stories.

The Master Rider Platinum Trophy can be unlocked by collecting all other trophies in the game.

Gold Trophy List

Gold	Monster Encyclopedia
	Slay every kind of monster.
Gold	Encyclopoogia
	Find all of the lost poogies scattered around the world. ・All Poogie Locations

Gold Trophies are rewarded to players who focus on exploration. Doing so will help you see all of the Monsters and Monsties, this includes Lost Poogies as well!

Silver Trophy List

Silver	Secret Scroll of Bonds
	Defeat the monster on the highest floor of The Tower of Illusion.
Silver	Top Rider Prize
	Raise a Monstie to Level 99.
Silver	Combination Cookbook
	Collect all of the recipes in-game.
Silver	Platinum Paradise Cup
	Obtained by winning Platinum at the Rider Arena.
Silver	Zenny-Pinching Pouch
	Accumulate at least 1,000,000z.
Silver	Secret Scroll of Adventures
	Defeat the boss of the Shadow Labyrinth.
Silver	Accessory Royalty
	Acquire a rarity 8 accessory.
Silver	Victor's Crest
	Win at least 500 battles.
Silver	Battle Gear Royalty
	Acquire a rarity 7 weapon or armor.
Silver	Silver Medal
	Complete at least 100 Subquests.

Silver trophies are rewarded by completing harder challenges. This includes winning battles numerous times, defeating strong Monsters, or completing a certain number of quests.
