Talk to Dan in Hakum Village
He will tell you to make five Potions next, which will require five Herbs and Blue Mushrooms to make. Herbs and Blue Mushrooms can be found all over at Pondry Hills.

Monster Hunter Stories - Blue Mushrooms
The best place to look for Blue Mushrooms in Pondry Hills will be the wooden structure surrounded by broken fences that you come across on the right side of the map. This structure is next to the area you need to jump over for the All In One Basket story quest.

Go to Combine in your Camp Menu after you finish gathering the materials. Choose Potion Recipe and make five. Take them to Dan and talk to Chief Omna to finish the quest.
