How to Get Pink Rathian

Make the Sleeping Pink Rathian Retreat

To get a Pink Rathian egg, make the sleeping Pink Rathian retreat. To make the Pink Rathian retreat, use a Paintball, then trap it before defeating the Pink Rathian.

However, it is not recommended to fight the Pink Rathian at a low level due to its high health and damage, so consider going back after progressing the story!

Pink Rathian Location and Retreat Conditions

Find in Perennial Pass

You can find Pink Rathian and their egg nests in Perennial Pass. With a Qurupeco's Monster Call, you can lure them out and possibly make them retreat!

Make Pink Rathian Retreat

To get guaranteed Pink Rathian eggs, you can make them retreat by following the conditions above conditions. Afterwards, follow them to their den and gather an egg from their nest while Pink Rathian is sleeping!

Optionally, you can get the Den Protector skill to further increase the chances of Pink Rathian retreating. You can get this skill early with the Pink Rathian's armor, Rath Heart Armor!
