You can pause the game on Nintendo Switch by running away from the enemies, going to the home menu, and turning off the switch. IMPORTANT: DO NOT CLOSE THE SOFTWARE
Players: we want to pause the game. Mojang:
Ok, Mojang really needs a pause button
That's true. That's one of the biggest problems in this game. Give people the freedom to pause the game. Come on Mojang, do something.
Yup. Just what is wrong with pausing the game right? It's not that people will take advantage of that. It's not a competitive online game that you can strategically pause the game for your benefit.
I'm on PC so this doesn't help. We really have to have a pause feature. I'm a live in caretaker and can be called away at any time. I can't take time to run my character to a safe place. I need to pause the game right then or just accept death. They do this with the Bedrock minecraft as well, claiming they can't add a pause but other games do it and some games that don't have pause, have mods that add the pause, so it's possible, they just wont do it.
It's bad that you can't even pause the game in offline mode. They should put a pause button somewhere so that if we really need to pause the game, we can do it.
