Yes, Pull for Her If You Need a Chaos Attacker

Armstrong is a powerful physical attacker with a critical hit focus. Her skills offer a good mix of offense and defense. Her active skill, Blitzkrieg Operation deals massive damage to strong enemies, while Volley Fire can clear out weaker ones and finish off low health targets.

Her passive skill, Parabellum boosts critical hit damage and chance for both Armstrong and your fastest ally. Finally, Elastic Defense increases her survivability and attack power as she crits.

Try to Get Multiple Copies

You should get at least 2 copies of Armstrong to utilize her Parabellum skill level 2 which increases the chance to deal a critical hit and and the ally with the highest SPD by 20% for 2 turns.

Since Armstrong is an attacker, it is best to get her to reach LR rarity to increase her damage.

Pull If You're Building a Chaos Team

If you are planning on creating a Chaos Team, Armstrong is a must to get. She can be paired up A.A, Lunalynn, Ophelia and Paladea to get Soul Affinity bonus that give CRIT DMG Boost by 30% maximizing Armstrong's Critical hits.

If You Have Other Attackers

If you already invested yourself in other Attackers may it be in Chaos soul or other soul types, it is best that you don't get Armstrong and continue investing on the attackers you already have. Investing on Chaos units can be more expensive so if you're not going to plan on investing in Armstrong, don't pull for her.
