At C0 it can be hard to gain full fanfare stacks, especially outside of Fontaine teams. But Furina's own damage is often more than enough to compensate a slight DPS loss.
she is ok, but her teams at C0 are kinda restricted. Not too much tho, but still. Which team do you planning to play with Furina? Also I don't have Wolf Fang so can't advice for sure. In the KQM guide this sword is lower than Fleuve Cendre. I guess it's highly dependent from the team and ER% requirements.
I just got her, she is nice in C0? And I have Wolf-Fang R1 and Fleuve Cendre Ferryman R5 for her, who is better?

As she should, have to stick a healer with her is still kinda restricted.
By the way, ytber Gretta Ch already said that Furina is Kazuha and Yelan's tier, she have best and most universal buff in the whole game and deals A TON of fucking damage at the same time, she's one of the best picks for new players too, basically unskippable. Yeah, this guy knows what's he say about. <3 Not even surprised tho. She can be not optimal for Hu Tao, but it's okay because there's no point to buff already broken DPS such as Hu Tao even more.

the problem for furi hyperbloom isn't her bloom reaction, but her buff isn't helping transformative reaction.. and pls, even with yelan, bloom reaction has interval icd..
dodge: 0,5 sec ≠ get hit: 0,8-2 sec (depends on ur enemies or u got freezed) that's different thing, and 0,5 sec dodging aren't dps loss....
even u're right in some point, but ur argument has some catch: hutao, xq, yelan, furina = no support utility (u're right for this time, because furi's q without healer are hard) u can replace furina with zhongli, IF u want to play funerational (ht, xq, yelan, zhongli). BUT, if u want play with furi, replace xq/yelan with jean/teamwide healer. hu tao damage output are still high, because of furi's universal buff (hu tao 33% dmg bonus from low hp =/< furi's buff)
if someone recommend hu tao with kazuha, just ignore them, that's literal cope hu tao need her E/Q for pyro application, but her E will dissapear if u swapped with another char, and it has high duration cooldown. for burst, are u sure using her burst for her rotation?? (im not talk about showcasing damage thing, but for normal rotation). using kazu: only swirled hydro, not consistant with hu tao rotation. that's why zhongli is preferable
that's my build for the same team but with Kazuha on the Nahida's place. Honestly, I think it's too much because Keqing Mains says that 130%/150% ER is enough for the Neuvillette' teams.

Kuki ll heal it , Furina buffs also Incoming Healing Bonus so she ll help Kuki bring overflow heals. Beside Furina got better hyperbloom teams then this one you mentioned ;) c2 is f2p friendly, always was ;) actually now for new players is easier to get furina c2 then xq c6 xD (6 days left for this)
your opinion is discarded the moment you mention constellation, very f2p friendly. Also hyperbloom Furina Yelan Kuki Nahida? Nah i dont think kuki can heal enough and this team will get interrupted easily results no Yelan NA proc = no hydro application = no bloom = dps loss. Xingqiu Yelan combo just better
