LMAO no way you're using an unaffiliated fan website tier list over factual comparisons. Mauvika is statistically better than Arlecchino. That doesn't mean Arle is completely and utterly useless. She is still ridiculously strong, just not the strongest anymore. The person who actually needs to cope is you.
Personally i pull cause i like the story and how she work that it.. i guess Mavuika do insane damage but when you don't have Natlan chracter it kinda suck yk? Soo her ult recharge UHHHH . But atleast it fun to see people argu with nothing.. since every character can bé good.. like Diluc and Klee , they bad in tier list but damn some people build them like monster.

Mavuika is Archon, with a modest lineup, if there is no prejudice about Mavuika, they will choose her because she is clearly both a strong Main DPS and Sub DPS. Arlecchino is just a pure Main DPS. Mavuika reminds me of the era of Raiden Shogun.
Lol you are so mad for no reason, and the fact that you think that game8 is reliable for tier lists is insane, they are not bad for team compositions tho. Literally any theorycrafters and youtubers calculated and says that arlechinno got powercrept by mavuika, it's an objective fact not a opinion.
