Since i want to get her I through about it many Time. What worth more ? C1 or her Weapon? (no team ect.. just herself what best and worth?)

Mavuika is Archon, with a modest lineup, if there is no prejudice about Mavuika, they will choose her because she is clearly both a strong Main DPS and Sub DPS. Arlecchino is just a pure Main DPS. Mavuika reminds me of the era of Raiden Shogun.
Lol you are so mad for no reason, and the fact that you think that game8 is reliable for tier lists is insane, they are not bad for team compositions tho. Literally any theorycrafters and youtubers calculated and says that arlechinno got powercrept by mavuika, it's an objective fact not a opinion.

For new players and have a small budget, Arleccchino is something very impressive far beyond Hutao. But for old players, Hutao is always a giant monument that cannot be kicked. no, one is clearly better then the other. just because hutao is weaker doesnt mean you cant play her though :) you dont have to play meta, but there is a meta wether you like it or not

hutao still can deal big damage while healing like team with furina, yelan, and jean. while arlec is so fragile because of burst reliant for healing. arlec is not friendly for low ar players
I'm an outsider just reading, but your comment makes it clear that you're just a trash fan of Arlec. You're not speaking in a neutral overall perspective at all. I have both characters fully leveled, and I can say that max DPS Hutao is higher if you can charge attack for 7 hits or more. You can see the evidence; I have both characters full af/stat/weapon.
