I've been using Dodoco Tails with the new set Shimenawa's Reminiscence (4 piece) on her and it seems to be working really well since it increases attack by 18% and then normal and charged attacks by 50%. As main dps I like this more than 4 piece witch set. (But for peeps using Fischl or something, then I would keep using the 4 piece witch set tbh)

>>35 totally agree with this! i have both of them in my team and the pair works well together. their overload combo made enemies go poof. this two also dealed the highest dmg in my team and carried me to AR40+. i would really recommend fischl+yanfei combo too!

yanfei and fischl together is an incredible team alone. i really recommend fischl since she doesn’t need much time on the field and pryo x electro (overloaded) is a very strong combo :)

>>33 The sojourner passive is cool cause its give you 30% increase in charge attack dmg, and her kit is revolve around her charge attack. 2 berserker and 2 exile is also good cause it gives you both crit rate and energy recharge. For comp i think for beginner is good to bring 2 anemo cause that 15% decrease in stamina consumption is pretty useful especially if u dont have shield(s).

Is widsith or skyward atlas better on Yanfei?

I have her as a Sub DPS, so Sacrificial Fragments work very well to keep her doing max DMG and staying on the field. With 4 piece Crimson Witch of Flames on her and an extra Pyro DMG bonus artifact she paves the way for Electro Characters to destroy enemies with one blast.

Dodoco tales is also good for yanfei, w the 4-set crimson witch of flames

Been waiting to level the new book for her since it seems perfect especially if you pair it with the bolide 4 piece! I have a shield bot Zhongli so she'll always have a shield until I get her up to c4 (c2 atm) I've been using the twin nephrite on her and currently she crits for 14k on charges without elemental reactions. Can't wait to see her with the dodoco book!

>>21 I think the new catalyst will be best for her which is called Dodoco Tales. It will support her passives and her strength points very well as main DPS in your team. You can also get Blackcliff Agate for her as your main DPS but all depends on how you play and what is your artifacts set.

Yanfei is so amazing in my opinion and useful for material searching. I made my second party for her as below: Yanfei main DPS, Childe Sub-DPS, Fischl as support and Bennet as support. I found this team combination is pretty good and till now I am trying to find better team for her depends on my play style to have more fun. ^_^

Why do they rate her SS for exploration? I did not see any explanation. Keqing and Venti have obvious SS exploration abilities but what makes Yanfei special in that regard?
