Yanfei is my favorite DPS, and I have most of the 5 stars. Put her in a team comp with Nahida, Yae Miko, and Kokomi, and they are absolutely unstoppable for any battle. The fact that she's a 4 star is bonkers for all of her utility and her damage output. I love my Ayato and Alhaitham, but I find myself always reaching for Yanfei instead. We love our lawyer queen <3
What makes one artifact better than the other. Crimson witch gives more dmg boost but getting all of the stacks takes way too long since skill cd is 9 and duration of buff is 10. Wanderer’s troupe gives less dmg multiplier but gives more dmg sooner but with charged attacks. Basically crimson buffs everything but wanderer buffs only charged attack and em

Please update team comp for Yanfei
If you like seeing your enemies flying the pair her up with Raiden. Swapping her for the skill then back to Yanfei is so much fun since nobody can contest you. This is even better with C4 so Yanfei doesn't get interrupted as often.
New update make my Yanfei become normal. Why C6 change?

I put the 4 piece Retracing Bolide on her since when you're shielded you gain a big boost to Normal and Charged Attacks. Since ei usually have Zhongli on my team I don't even have to activate Yanfei's burst all the time to actually get a shield and it works pretty well. I feel like there aren't a lot of people who can actually properly use that set and I think it's kinda sad
4p Wanderers is a fantastic set for a charged attack dps. The extra em from the 2 piece set gives more damage when doing Vap/Melt/SuperCon, so I highly recommend it
Isn't about building, they're talking about NG and YF mining capability. Yeah, just it lol
Aim atleast 30k+ HP with 2pcs Millelith + 2pcs Emblem. Also, you will need ER about 150~200%. Substats ER% > HP%
Uh, let people Play who they want. I have Ning too but I'd rather prefer building yanfei
I agree on the widsith that is exactly what I was thinking about when I read this
But if you have Ning, better use her. Yan's charged attack is stamina-thirsty
unless u rlly like healing i would put thrilling tales on kokomi or barbara. also i would prefer Widsith way more than oathsworn eye for yanfei

At the moment I plan on giving Yanfei my Oathsworn Eye, Kokomi has Prototype Amber (same as Barbara) and I plan on giving Hakushin Ring to Yae Miko. Should I rethink the weapon distribution? I am at WL 5 (did not finish the player Quest on purpose to stick at AR45) and my main group is Zhongli, Xinqciu, Keqing and Ayaka. Zhongli stays in due to the shield, but the others get swapped out depending on the situation (Ganyu and Hu Tao). I do Quests and Story only, no Abyss nor Co-Op.
i totally agree, her long range is great for the abyss, and can perform better against certain enemies than many of my five star ss tier characters.
Currently I was using Yanfei's charged attacks and then I noticed she's good for mining stuff if you have No Ningguang or Klee. If you wanna prove it, try it out. The skill and charged attack will do good.
C4 Yanfei is better than Thoma lol. Shield is more durable (in my case), Skill has shorter cooldown, so easier pyro application, can equip the Thrilling tales so she can buff teammates aswell, or use prototype amber for more heals and energy for herself. I regret building Thoma for my Hu team when i already had C5 Yanfei built. At least i got some wishes and i think i got a sac sword lol off topic.
