Ayaka and Ganyu do not. The point is that Yae and Raiden's kit fit each other perfectly...you spam the skill, burst, skill again, then raiden burst, then repeat (if something still alive).
you can give her prot. amber and she turns into one and still can go for electro dmg sub dps with her turrets just has to slash every ER on her you got or prot amber doesnt make any use if her ulti isnt up fast
that argument counts for everyone. if you pair anyone with shogun skill they are super powerful. if you pair travelers electro ulti with shogun skill they do about 12-15 k each hit plus physical dmg
go for dodoco tales if youre going for a dps yae!
She's SS IF paired with the Shogun, otherwise it's hard to achieve her potential just like Shenhe without Ganyu or Ayaka; Both are SS if in a tailored team. Definitely a pure end game unit.

Thing is. Xingqiu is water so having him in team it means that your pyro dps does 50% more damage by default. + he can also battery himself while yae needs raiden or fischl to be run with her if you want to use her burst.
Doesn’t matter, c0 and c6 are both strong. I see a bunch of people do big damage with her c0. I even did big damage with my yae with her only c0 400k. I see every character as SS tier. It’s call just build them correctly. Even the starter character can do big damage.
Funny, why you input those 2 which are on field DPS to fight against an off field character... It is like comparing Raiden off field type support with 1k EM to Hu Tao. There isn't any comparsion.... At least pick a off field type like xingqiu or etc. However, xingqiu relies on burst for off field support. So in this case, also tough to fight with 1 that can provide 3 x 2k dmg from having just 3 turrets on field.
Now they are talking about the tier list. You are not going to put every single character into SS. NO, not every character is equal in this game. A casual f2p player will only have limited resources to power up characters. Many of the players cannot even get full stars in Abyss floor 12. C6 Yae is strong but only like 0.002% of players can afford that.

I hope you know this isn't a pvp game. lol. So their no challenge. Every character is super strong. It just depend how you build them. C6 Yae is very strong. I hate how y'all people always want to compare other character too each other.
yes i am using yae instead of xingqiu- also i didn't mean any offense to other people? like i'm just talking about yae so i'm not trashing on xingqiu, he worked really well with my hu tao :) so take what i wrote as my own opinion
Good for you, if you think that she is the best then you should just use her instead of other characters.
Not even close and cannot challenge the current SS list. Honestly even S tier Eula & Xiao are better.
why is she S tier only? she deserves to be the best sub DPS next to xingqiu- xingqiu does 97% dmg per sword in his ult while yae does 519% dmg with all 3 turrets? yae's skill has a huge range, also it's spammable, while xingqiu's burst has a 20 sec cooldown D: also xingqiu's skill literally has a 21 sec CD and does small damage compared to the 2000%+ damage from yae's burst which has like a 22 sec cooldown- i don't see the difference from like 1 sec- i'm sorry but yae deserves to be best sub DPS
A tier? Yeah no. She deserves to be a SS or s tier for main dps.
I am told she’s off field DPS. I wasn’t very interested in her. After her test run I’m even less interested. Boring gameplay and underpowered.

I think what is most unsatisfactory factor of Yae is her artifacts set. Unlike Xiao who is purely rely on bonus ATK, She seems to need more complex sets to multiply her damage output rather than 2 pcs set artifacts, like Kokomi with Ocean-Hued Clam or Itto with Husk of Opulent Dreams.
