When the raincutter skill carries onto the switched active character, how is the dmg calculated from rain swords? Is it from the active char atk value or XQ’s?
might wanna update xingqiu's passive talent! currently, albedo's passive alchemy talent is used as a placeholder, while xingqiu's passive refers to character talent materials
15s of hydro infused attack that persists through character switches, heals u and provides a dmg buff makes him a good support character. make tons of elemental reactions
Agreed since likely even if he’s a support he can be a main dps if you synergies him with oz for electro- charge and to that if you build him correctly.
His skill dmg is very high, the swords grant dmg reduction and healing, and his burst does great damage, combos amazingly and lasts a long time, all while also providing dmg reduction and healing. He deserves his S rating.

I'm confused, how does Xingqiu have an S overall rating if his rating for all the sub-categories is all below A? His elemental burst cooldown time is also extremely long compared to other sword users so in what way is he an S-tier character?
