2 to 3 years for the second part!?!? Why not just make dlcs instead of 2 completely different games? Will my gear and matera convert over to the next, will I have to level everything over again? I remember the grind on the original, that was part of the whole experience. I guess they forgot to add that in as well.

Wow dave, just wow lol. I 50/50 agree with Dave. I think the FF7 Remake definitely gave side-characters like Jessie, Biggs, and Wedge a spotlight. They definitely were on point with making us care deeply for Avalanche, Cloud, and everyone else. I think the characterization was better than the originals, this is most likely more because of how modern the game is and what tools they had at their disposal (better animation, facial expressions, etc.).

It’s a fricken “REMAKE” not “REMASTERED” So stop crying about how it should be with the original. And what they did with the game is amazing..10/10 for me. You guys are just salty cause they’re releasing it in parts.

Be happy. The game is much better now. The story is deeper. The battle gameplay is clean and works very well. It follows the same story, but only tells it more thoroughly. What did you expect, a frame by frame copy with updated graphics? No thanks. I’ll take the updated story telling, gameplay, and depth. After finishing the game and logging 42 hours, I can say all of my expectations were exceeded. If you’re a true ff7 die hard, you’ll think the same.
