This is the Story Walkthrough for Gizamaluke's Grotto (Disc 1) of Final Fantasy IX (FF IX, FF9). Read on for more information about objectives, and bosses within this section.

Gizamaluke's Grotto - Objectives
| Objectives | |
|---|---|
| 1 | After entering, head right and talk to the injured Burmecian soldier. |
| 2 | Use the bell on the door. |
| 3 | Enter the area, after dispatching the two black mages, head deeper and defeat the lone black mage inside. |
| 4 | Open the right most door using the bell you just obtained. |
| 5 | Head deeper until you reach the area with a fallen bell. |
| 6 | Give the Kupo Nut you have to the Moogle. |
| 7 | Open the treasure chest inside the bell. |
| 8 | Open the right door in the bell room. |
| 9 | Talk to the Moogle couple then leave to recieve the Holy Bell. |
| 10 | Use the Holy Bell to open the door to the left inside the bell room. |

| Moccha Coffee | x1 | Found north of the chocobo forest then head right. |
| Ether | x1 | Located at the right side of the gate. |
| Gizamaluke's Bell 1 | x1 | Acquire by talking to the wounded soldier. |
| Gizamaluke's Bell 2 | x1 | Obtain by defeating the Black Mages. |
| Gizamaluke's Bell 3 | x1 | Get it from the soldier around the walkway. |
| Mythril Gloves | x1 | Pick up from halfway around the upper corner of the stairs. |
| Magus Hat | x1 | Found underneath the bridge. |
| Holy Bell | x1 | Acquire through story progression. |
Moccha Coffee
Enter the gate, located north of the Chocobo Forest.
Gizamaluke's Bell 1
Enter the Gizamaluke's Grotto. Head right and talk to the wounded soldier to receive a Gizamaluke's Bell.
Gizamaluke's Bell 2
Obtain it from the black mages once defeated.
Gizamaluke's Bell 3
If you open the door at the lower right of your screen, after defeating the black mages, circle around the archway and get the Gizamaluke's Bell at the center of the area.
Mythril Gloves
Walk on the archway and stop at the middle to pick up the Mythril Gloves.
Magus Hat
You can find this under the bridge, going to center where the third Gizamaluke's Bell is located.
Holy Bell
Enter the room where the Moogle couple is staying. Before you leave, one of them will give you the Holy Bell.
